This exhibition will be really interesting for those focussing on spatial design – interior design, architecture etc. It describes the past, present and future development of the built environment within the framework of East London and the city.
A very interesting section is the ‘Vision for 2050’ as visualised both by professionals and students in models and ‘drawings’. The model of this area of London is pretty impressive too.
When I visited there was an ‘urban poetry’ reading by two poets, one of whom read a brilliant poem that used only one vowel – ‘o’ in this case – called ‘Go for Gold’
This exhibition ends on the 9th of September, so go this week , or miss it.
